Timothy Dolan is a certified Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP) with a Master of Geographic Information Systems (MGIS) from Penn State University and demonstrated experience creating, managing, and applying GIS data and automation solutions across a broad range of disciplines—from people-oriented neighborhood development to the natural sciences, NG9-1-1 implementation and indoor mapping for nationwide public safety, and most recently citywide GIS management with the City of Falls Church, VA. He is based in Washington, DC.
