Timothy Dolan is a certified GISP with a Master of Geographic Information Systems from Penn State University and demonstrated experience creating, managing, and applying GIS data and automation solutions across a broad range of disciplines—from people-oriented neighborhood development to the natural sciences, and most recently NG9-1-1 implementation and indoor mapping for nationwide public safety with DATAMARK Technologies of Michael Baker International. He is based in Washington, DC.
