Jennifer Borlick is the Geospatial Services Administrator for Rock County (Wisconsin) in the Planning, Economic and Community Development Agency. She represents the department on the Land Records Committee and the Rock County Land Information Council, where she also serves as Chair.
Jennifer is an active member of the Wisconsin Land Information Association (WLIA), having served as President and on the Board of Directors, contributing to the Education, Communications, Legislative, Technical, and Annual Conference committees. She is also a member of Women+ in GIS.
