About me
Abdullahi Bello is a PhD student in Civil and Environmental Engineering at Northeastern University, with research interests in human mobility, transportation network performance, and the interaction between transportation systems and broader urban systems. His work applies data-driven methods, machine learning, and geospatial analytics to study urban challenges related to mobility, resilience, environmental conditions, and infrastructure performance.
He has developed GIS-based web applications for real-time environmental hazard monitoring and institutional planning, including a City of Boston and community-collaborative monitoring project and the campus access web app covering more than 13 Northeastern University campuses.
