About me
regional planning, and disaster resilience. With over nine years of experience across Bangladesh and the United States, I integrate geospatial technologies with sustainable development and data-driven planning. I am currently pursuing an MSc in GIScience and Geoenvironment at Western Illinois University, where I also work as a Graduate Assistant at the GIS Center, contributing to projects like the Illinois NG911 program through indoor mapping and spatial data validation. Previously, I worked as a Senior GIS Analyst at HawarIT Ltd., leading international geospatial projects and managing teams, and as an Urban Planner contributing to sustainable land-use planning aligned with SDG 11. My research focuses on disaster management, sustainable development, and environmental planning. I am passionate about using GIS to support resilient and equitable communities.
