Adam Ratliff is a GIS Tech II with Las Cruces Utilities, where he helps provide accurate and accessible spatial data to support city operations and planning. His work focuses on maintaining reliable geospatial information, improving data workflows, and supporting teams that rely on GIS for daily decision‑making. Adam also serves on the board of the Rocky Mountain Geospatial Professional Network, where he supports regional collaboration and professional development within the GIS community. He began his career through a Planning Co‑op internship with Community Development and the City Manager’s Office, gaining experience in how geospatial data supports planning, coordination, and public services. Adam is known for his collaborative approach, consistency, and commitment to making GIS tools useful for a wide range of users.
